Sealed tenders must be submitted by 14 October 2026 before 1100 hours and will be opened at 1130 hours the same day. Only firms registered with Ordnance Depot Gujranwala or cleared by Military Intelligence Directorate/DGP (Army)/DGDP and willing to register with Ordnance Depot Gujranwala Cantt are eligible. Offers must remain valid until 30 June 2027. Technical specifications and samples will be inspected by General Head Quarter (GHQ) and Board of Officers. One non-returnable sample is required before bulk supply. Payment of inspection/testing fees, if any, will be borne by the firm. Delivery must be within one month of signing the Memorandum of Understanding. Performance Bank Guarantees and warranty clauses will apply as per PPRA rules. Bidders should ensure all documents including NTN, SECP, DGDP registration, FBR verification, police verification, and tax returns are submitted. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected.
