Tender Description
Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC) invites sealed bids from well reputed firms, companies, organizations, and authorized distributors/dealers registered with the Income Tax Department for the supply of various items in Rawalpindi city. The procurement is conducted under a national competitive bidding process through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) as per rule 38(2-a) of PPR-14.

- Plumbing Items
- Insurance of RWMC Vehicles
Bidding documents will be available immediately after publication on the PPRA Punjab and EPADS websites free of cost. Prospective bidders may download the bidding documents from the PPRA Punjab website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and EPADS website (ep.punjab.gov.pk).
The technical scope includes supply of electrical and plumbing items along with vehicle filters and insurance services for RWMC vehicles. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and submit bids online through the EPADS portal. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope, with technical bids opening on the closing date in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Eligibility criteria include registration with the Income Tax Department and adherence to all bidding document requirements. Earnest money and bid security details will be as per bidding documents.
The last date for bid submission is 13th October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bids must be submitted online only via the EPADS portal. Physical submissions will not be accepted.
