Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) invites sealed bids under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure from reputed manufacturers, firms, suppliers, and authorized dealers registered with the relevant tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for the supply of various IT-related items. The procurement is based in Topi, Swabi (KP). Items being procured: - Networking Equipment - Gigabit Switches - Access Points - SSDs - HDMI to HDMI Cables - Wired & Wireless Keyboard and Mouse - Optical Fiber Patch Cord - USB - General IT Consumables The scope includes supply of high-quality networking and IT hardware along with necessary accessories and consumables suitable for institutional use. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and delivery timelines as per GIKI standards. Eligibility criteria require registration with FBR and inclusion on the ATL, along with submission of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 and a 2% earnest money on the total bid cost. Bids must reach the GIK Admin Block Room # F-12 before 1500 hours on September 08, 2026. Proposals will be opened at 1530 hours on the same day in the presence of available bidders. No advance payment will be made to any bidder. The institute reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel the tender without assigning any reason or liability.
