Tender Description
The Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, through its Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), invites sealed 12-bids (Technical & Financial) for the procurement of IT Equipment. This procurement is open to firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments/authorities. Joint ventures or consortiums are allowed.
Items being procured:
- IT Equipment (specific items not detailed in the notice)
The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) only, and bids must be submitted online by or before 8th September 2026 at 11:00 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. Bid security of 5% of the total estimated amount is required as per Section IV of the bidding documents and must be submitted via the digital banking facility available in the Punjab E-Procurement System. The bid security must be in favor of the Project Director, Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit, Environment Protection & Climate Change Department.
The procuring agency will not be responsible for any failure on the part of firms to submit bids or any technical errors. The Single Stage Two Envelope procedure will be adopted as per Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 (amended). The department reserves the right to reject all bids as per Rule 35 of the PPRA Rules 2014 (amended).
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Assistant Director (Procurement), SP&IU, EPCCD at the address given. Tender documents can be downloaded from the Punjab E-Procurement System and PPRA websites or collected from the office during working hours.
Bidders are advised to carefully follow the online submission instructions and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. It is practical to verify the bid security submission and keep proof of payment through the e-Procurement portal to prevent any issues during bid opening.
