Non Consultancy Services for Hiring Vehicles on Rental Basis in Peshawar

The Public Health Engineering Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through its Project Management Unit (CPEC) in Peshawar, invites sealed tenders for non consultancy services involving the hiring of vehicles on a monthly rental basis for one year. This procurement is aimed at registered Rent a Car businesses that are taxpayers listed with the Sales & Income Tax Department, FBR, and KPPRA, holding valid NTN for the provision of vehicles with drivers. Items being procured: - Motor Car – Toyota Corolla 1.3 (with Driver), Model 2020 & above, Engine Capacity 1300 cc, Quantity: 1 - Motor Car – Suzuki Alto (with Driver), Model 2023 & above, Engine Capacity 660/1000 cc, Quantity: 1 The scope includes provision of vehicles that are regularly maintained, insured in good condition, and driven by experienced and licensed drivers. The vehicles must be available seven days a week. The contract duration is one year, with possible extension subject to satisfactory performance. The contract may be terminated early if performance is unsatisfactory. Bidders must submit/upload their financial bids through the EPADS portal using the provided proforma before the deadline. Additionally, the original Bid Security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost along with a Tender Form Fee of 0.03% must be physically submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked 'Tender for Rental Vehicles' via registered post or courier to the undersigned before the closing date and time. The bid opening will take place at 2:00 PM on the closing date in the presence of bidders or their representatives. All applicable government taxes will be deducted as per government policy. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids with valid reasons. Compliance with KPPRA rules is mandatory.
