The hospital reserves the right to withhold 25% of the payment if the items are not delivered on time or do not meet the required standards. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and possess a valid Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status. Experience in supplying hospital or medical-related non-consumable items will be considered an advantage. The technical bid must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 3rd August 2026, and the financial bids will be opened thereafter. Late submissions or incomplete bids will be rejected. The tender documents can be inspected one day prior to the closing date. All government taxes will be applicable as per rules. The submission must be made to the Medical Superintendent office at the Punjab Institute of Cardiology Lahore.
