Procurement of Nuts & Bolts 2X5/8'', 9X5/8'', 10X5/8'' by Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO)

The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the procurement of nuts and bolts in Multan, Punjab. Items being procured: - Nuts & Bolts 2X5/8'' (Quantity: 20,469 units) - Nuts & Bolts 9X5/8'' (Quantity: 30,274 units) - Nuts & Bolts 10X5/8'' (Quantity: 17,470 units) The nuts and bolts must conform to the DDS-10:85 (Amended to date) WAPDA/PEPCO/NTDC specifications. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bidders must submit their bids electronically on EPADS by the deadline and also provide the original bid security physically at MEPCO Complex, Wapda Colony, Khanewal Road, Multan. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, compliance with WAPDA/PEPCO specifications, submission of bid security, and no blacklisting by relevant authorities. The delivery period is within 120 days or earlier from the date of purchase order issuance. Performance security of 5% of the contract price is required upon award.
