Supply and Installation of Office Furniture, Air Conditioner Repair, Electric Transformer Parts, and Tyres Maintenance at Khyber Medical College Peshawar

Khyber Medical College (KMC), Peshawar invites eligible bidders registered with FBR for Income Tax, Sales Tax and reflected on the Active Tax Payer (ATL) list, as well as registered with EPADS, to submit e-bids via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for multiple procurement items. The tenders include supply and installation of office furniture, repair and replacement parts for air conditioners, turnkey procurement of electric transformers parts, and tyres repair and maintenance work for KMC vehicles. Items being procured: - Office Furniture - Air Conditioner Repair and Replacement Parts - Electric Transformers Parts on Turnkey Basis - Tyres Procurement, Repair & Maintenance for KMC Vehicles The technical scope covers supply and installation of new office furniture, comprehensive repair and replacement of air conditioning units, turnkey supply and installation of electric transformer parts, and maintenance services for vehicle tyres. Bidders must submit bid security of Rs 50,000 from a scheduled bank in favor of Suppliers Contractors Security Deposit, KMC, Peshawar. Original CDR must be delivered to the Dean/Assistant Manager Procurement office before the closing date and time. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS portal by 20-10-2026 at 11:00 AM PST, with original bid security submitted physically by the same deadline. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM PST. Bids submitted by hand, post, courier, email, or fax will not be accepted. Registration with KPRA is mandatory where applicable. Pay Orders are not acceptable as bid security. This procurement is governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules.
