Procurement of Office Stationery, Computer Stationery, Printing & Publication, Other Items

The Labour & Human Resource Department Lahore invites e-bids on lot basis for the procurement of office stationery, computer stationery, printing & publication, and other related items. The bidding is conducted through the e-Procurement System (EPADS) website https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Items being procured: - Stationary (As per requirement) with estimated cost Rs. 1.2 Million and bid security Rs. 60,000 - Printing & Publication (As per requirement) with estimated cost Rs. 0.550 Million and bid security Rs. 27,500 - Computer Stationary (As per requirement) with estimated cost Rs. 0.990 Million and bid security Rs. 49,500 - Others (As per requirement) with estimated cost Rs. 0.550 Million and bid security Rs. 27,500 The procurement covers various office supplies and printing services required by the department. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Each lot will be awarded separately and bids must be submitted as single stage single envelope. Bid security as per the table must accompany the bids in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in the name of Section Officer (General), Labour & Human Resource Department Lahore. Late bids will be rejected. The original bid security must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number, lot, and title before the e-bid submission deadline at the Procurement Office located at 26-Main Gulberg, Lahore. The e-bid submission deadline is 01 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
