Construction of OGDCL Centre for Excellence in Artificial Intelligence Nexus at BNBWU, Sukkur

Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University, Sukkur, invites sealed bids for the construction of the OGDCL Centre for Excellence in Artificial Intelligence Nexus at its Sukkur campus. This is a major civil works project under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure, to be processed through the SPPRA E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Items being procured: - Construction of OGDCL Centre for Excellence in Artificial Intelligence Nexus at BNBWU, Sukkur (Estimated Cost: Rs. 155.717 Million, Completion Time: 8 Months) The scope of work includes all civil, electrical, and associated works required for the establishment of the new centre. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-4 or above with relevant codes (EE10, EE11, CE09, CE10, EE04). Valid registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) and FBR (Active NTN) is mandatory. Firms must provide CNIC, proof of average annual financial turnover of at least 80 million PKR over the last three years, and completion certificates for similar projects. Bid Security of Rs. 7.785 Million must be submitted with the bid. Only firms with no litigation or arbitration history and not blacklisted by any government agency are eligible. Bids must be submitted online via SPPRA EPADS portal by 26-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
