Tender Description
The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites bids for the rehabilitation and improvement of roads and streets through provision of asphalt, PCC, and drainage in Awan Market and adjoining Abadies, NA-124, Lahore. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Eligible contractors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System with valid PEC licenses in category C-5 & above and active NTN and PNTN are invited to participate.

- Rehabilitation and improvement of roads and streets
- Provision of asphalt
- Provision of PCC
- Drainage works
The scope includes comprehensive road and street rehabilitation works in the specified area, ensuring improved infrastructure and drainage facilities. Contractors must submit technical and financial bids online via the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bidding documents will be available immediately upon uploading of this notice. The bid security required is 5% of the estimated cost, to be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System in collaboration with Bank of Punjab.
Eligibility criteria include registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 & above, valid NTN and PNTN, and registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Contractors must comply with PPRA Rules 2014 (amended) and submit bids before the deadline.
The tender submission deadline is 19-10-2026 at 10:00 AM, with the opening of bids scheduled for 19-10-2026 at 10:30 AM. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the technical evaluation criteria and ensure all documents are complete and uploaded correctly to avoid disqualification.
