Annual Operation, Maintenance and Repair to all Office, Residential and Other Buildings in District Mansehra for Financial Year 2026-27

The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Building Division Mansehra, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for the Annual Operation, Maintenance and Repair (AOM&R) of all office, residential, and other buildings in District Mansehra for the financial year 2026-27. The scope includes comprehensive maintenance and repair works as per the work order issued by the department. The site is located in Mansehra, and the contractor must ensure quality workmanship and timely completion as per the contract terms. Eligibility criteria require contractors to have relevant PEC category registration, valid FBR/NTN and Income Tax certificates, and demonstrate financial soundness and relevant experience.
