The canteen must display approved menus and prices prominently and ensure no sale of prohibited items such as cold drinks, glass bottles, betel nuts, cigarettes, bubble gum, intoxicants, red pepper, or non-standard oil. Use of branded food items is mandatory, and frozen cooked items are strictly prohibited. Eligibility requires bidders to have a valid CNIC, active FBR registration for FY 2025-26, a valid Food Authority license, minimum 5 years of relevant experience in government or semi-government cafeterias, affidavit of no blacklisting, financial stability proof, and at least 3 satisfactory performance certificates.
