The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure as per the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules, 2014. The contract rates approved will remain valid until 30-06-2027 unless extended by the competent authority. Both Technical and Financial Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS, with hard copies of the bid reaching the office by 11:00 AM on 21-07-2026 for record purposes. This tender requires careful preparation of bids on the original letterhead of the firm, duly signed and stamped on each page. Rates must be quoted in figures and words. Overwritten, altered, conditional, or handwritten bids will be rejected. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Guarantee and execute a formal agreement on judicial stamp paper with the Medical Superintendent. The contractor must ensure uninterrupted availability of all medicines, dialysis consumables, and surgical disposables as per hospital requirements and comply with all applicable drug regulatory and procurement laws.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all licenses and registrations are current and properly documented before submission, as incomplete or mismatched credentials can lead to disqualification. Also, timely submission of both electronic and hard copies of bids is critical to avoid rejection.
