PAA Schools & College Karachi invites proposals for the operation and management of three canteens located at three different campuses situated at Terminal-1, JIAP, Karachi. This procurement is specifically for the administration of canteens at PAA Model School - 1 & College, PAA Model School - 2, and KBV PAA Model School - 3. The monthly reserved prices are Rs. 35,000 for Model School - 1 & College, Rs. 60,000 for Model School - 2, and Rs. 50,000 for KBV Model School - 3. Items being procured: - Operation and management services for three canteens - Monthly rent payments as per reserved prices The scope includes running canteens with strict hygiene standards, employing female attendants at KBV PAA Model School - 3, and at least two female attendants at the other two canteens. Food items must be fresh, properly stored, and prepared hygienically. Staff must wear clean attire, disposable gloves, and covered headgear. Medical fitness certificates and clearance from Special Branch are mandatory for all staff. The contract duration is two years, extendable yearly upon mutual consent. The monthly rent will increase cumulatively by 10% annually. Eligibility requires a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in canteen operation at reputable institutions, sound financial background, and no blacklisting or default history.
