Items being procured: - Operation, servicing & maintenance of Air-Conditioning Plant at State Life Building No 1 - Servicing of Split A/C units at Lift Machine and CCTV Rooms of SLB 1 (All Blocks) - Servicing of Split A/C units at SLB 2 (All Blocks) - Servicing of Split A/C units at SLB 4 - Servicing of Split A/C units at SLB 6 Karachi The scope includes comprehensive maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems across multiple State Life buildings in Karachi, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Bidders must be experienced in HVAC services and comply with all regulatory requirements. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with Income Tax and Sindh Revenue Board for SST, active taxpayer status with FBR, and submission of original Bid Security along with bidding documents. Electronic bidding documents with detailed requirements and terms are available on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS on or before 14-10-2026 at 11:00 am. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am through EPADS.
