Tender Description
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of simulators under Package No. 51. This procurement is part of the reconstruction project for Lady Willingdon Hospital located in Lahore. The procurement follows the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules 2014, amended to date.

- Supply of Simulators (Package No. 51)
- Installation of Simulators
- Commissioning of Simulators
- Maintenance of Simulators
The scope includes comprehensive technical and financial proposals prepared in accordance with the RFP instructions. Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to participate and submit their proposals electronically. The estimated cost for this procurement is approximately **PKR 57 Million** with a bid security of **PKR 1,000,000**. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE).
Eligibility criteria include registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System, compliance with PPRA rules, and submission of earnest money as bid security. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day of closing at 04:00 PM. Any proposal submitted through other means than the Punjab e-Procurement System will not be considered.
The last date for submission is **19th October 2026 by 03:30 PM**. In case the closing date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening. Proposals must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement portal only.
