Procurement of Optronics Spares and Radar Spares (Indigenization, Expendable, Tool & Test Equipment)

505 Electronics Base Workshop EME Rawalpindi invites quotations from well reputed and experienced firms, preferably those cleared security-wise from military intelligence, for the procurement of spares and stores as detailed in Annex A. The procurement is for the financial year 2026-2027 and covers two main tenders: Items being procured: - Tender No.1: Optronics Spares (detail to be obtained from LP office during working hours 0800 – 1500 hrs) - Tender No.2: Radar Spares (Indigenization, Expendable, Tool & Test Equipment) Firms must provide a soft copy of the subject tender, including details of equipment, stores required, and quantities along with specifications. Technical offers must include trade link with OEM, warranty/guarantee, OEM calibration certificate, fresh stock, alternate options for phased-out items, sub accessories, technical specification/ITD approval, delivery period, previous project experience, installation requirements, data sheet for OEM/genuine parts, applicability of military standards, tender sample, and certificate in case of indigenous items. Commercial offers must quote rates in PKR only, inclusive of all government taxes, and for brand new items. No column should be left blank in the quotation; 'NQ' should be written for items not being quoted. The total number of items quoted must be clearly mentioned on each page. Quotations must be submitted in the provided MS Excel format (both hard and soft copy) and financial proposals on CD/DVD. Quotations must be dropped in the tender box before 1030 hours on 10 September 2026 for IT No.1 and 14 September 2026 for IT No.2. Technical offers will be opened at 1100 hours on the respective dates, and commercial offers will be opened after evaluation of technical offers. Earnest money of Rs. 3,000 must be submitted before 10 September 2026. Only firms with no pending delivery of spares for more than three months may participate.
