Out Sourcing of Printing Services including Printers Toners, Repair, Refill and Backup Facility

Mayo Hospital Lahore invites e-bids from general order suppliers for out sourcing of printing services including printers toners, repair, refill and backup facility excluding papers. This procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 on a free delivery to consignee end basis at Mayo Hospital Lahore. Items being procured: - Printers toners - Repair services - Refill services - Backup facility (excluding papers) The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Rule-38 2(a) of PPRA Rules, 2014 (amended till date). Hard copies of bids are not required. Interested eligible bidders can obtain bidding documents along with detailed specifications and terms from the Punjab e-Procurement System portal and Mayo Hospital website before the tender opening date. Eligible bidders must submit their bids on the e-Procurement System before the closing date and time. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the Conference Room of Surgical Tower. Bidders are required to submit 1% bid security as per Government of Punjab notification through financial instruments with banking services, failing which the offer will be rejected. Samples of quoted items must be submitted as per bidding documents to the designated pharmacist and store-keeper on the same day as tender opening. The procurement process including uploading on the Punjab e-Procurement System will be carried out as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended up to date). The tender closing deadline is 16th November 2026 at 10:00 am. Bidders should ensure timely submission and compliance with all requirements.
