Repair and Maintenance of Vehicles, Supply of Miscellaneous Items, Stationery and Machinery & Equipment

The Office of the Executive Engineer LG&RD District Hunza invites sealed tenders from registered contractors, suppliers, and firms for the repair and maintenance of vehicles along with the supply of miscellaneous items, stationery, machinery, and equipment for the Financial Year 2026-27 in Ali Abad Hunza. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance of vehicles - Supply of miscellaneous items - Supply of stationery - Supply of machinery and equipment The tender documents (NIT) can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer during office hours. Bidders must ensure their sealed tenders reach the office by 10:30 AM on 4th November 2026. The tenders will be publicly opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Contractors must quote rates only for genuine spare parts of vehicles, machinery, and equipment. Unrealistic, impractical, or non-competitive rates will not be accepted. Tender documents will not be issued to blacklisted contractors or firms. Conditional tenders are also not acceptable. Eligibility criteria include having a workshop or stationery shop in Ali Abad Hunza. A refundable Call Deposit of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) in the name of the Executive Engineer LG&RD District Gilgit is required for participation. This tender follows PPRA rules and the Executive Engineer reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.
