Procurement of Outdoor Gym Equipment and Visitor Management System for Hazara Region Jails

The technical scope includes supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and training of a complete Visitor Management System (VMS) including electrical wiring, installation of software and hardware, biometric devices, and computer systems. The system will undergo a 10-day trial period treated as a demo to check performance and stability before final acceptance. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be fully tax registered with NTN, STRN, KPRA, and active on the Taxpayer List (ATL). Firms must have past experience of similar work with expert technical staff for installation and after-sales service. A 5% Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of the tender amount must be submitted physically before bid closing.
