Outsource Sanitary Worker Services for DAUs/Offices of RHO NADRA Multan Region

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) RHO Multan invites bids for outsourcing sanitary worker services for DAUs and offices of RHO NADRA Multan Region. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through e-Bids submitted via EPADS v2.0. Items being procured: - Outsource Sanitary Worker Services for DAUs/Offices of RHO NADRA Multan Region The scope includes provision of sanitary workers to maintain cleanliness and hygiene at various NADRA offices in Multan. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and capable of providing non-consultancy services as per NADRA's requirements. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Eligibility criteria include registration on EPADS v2.0, submission of bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, Demand Draft or bid securing declaration as per prescribed format. Detailed bidding documents with terms, conditions, and specifications are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, September 15, 2026, 11:00 AM. Bid opening will occur the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted.
