Outsource of UVAS Feed Mill at Ravi Campus Pattoki and 25 Acre Agricultural Land at KBCMA CVAS Narowal

The University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore is inviting bids for the outsource of two key assets located in Punjab province. The first asset is the UVAS Feed Mill situated at Ravi Campus, Pattoki, and the second is 25 acres of agricultural land at KBCMA CVAS, Narowal. The bid security required is Rs. 10,000 for each lot, with minimum rent advance payments of Rs. 381,500 per month for the feed mill and Rs. 80,000 per acre annually for the agricultural land. Bidders must comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and be registered with relevant tax authorities including income tax, Punjab sales tax on services (PRA), General Sales Tax (GST), and Professional Tax.
