Contract for Outsourced Staff and Office Support Services for Punjab Ring Road Authority FY-2026-27

Punjab Ring Roads Authority (PRRA) invites bids for the contract of services rendered including outsourced staff and office support staff for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is based in Lahore and follows the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA rules 2014 (amended). Items being procured: - Contract for Services Rendered (Outsourced Staff/ Office Support Staff) for Punjab Ring Road Authority for FY-2026-27 The scope includes provision of qualified outsourced staff and office support services to assist PRRA in its operations. Bidders must be well reputed firms, companies, or sole proprietors with valid FBR and PRA certificates and must not be blacklisted by PPRA or PRA. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 1.5 Million must be submitted in the form of CDR issued by Bank of Punjab in favor of PRRA. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) by 09-09-2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening the same day at 11:30 AM. Hard copies of earnest money must be submitted to the office of Deputy Director (A&C), PRRA before the closing time. Financial bids of only technically responsive bidders will be opened. No manual, telegraph, or postal bids will be accepted. The bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance.
