Outsourcing Labor for Sweeping Roads, Streets & Cleaning Open Surface Drains and Sewerage Lines in Mirpurkhas

Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas invites sealed tenders for outsourcing labor for sweeping of roads, streets, and cleaning of open surface drains and sewerage lines in various areas of Mirpurkhas city. This procurement is aimed at maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the city through effective labor outsourcing for a period of six months starting from 01 November 2026 to 30 April 2027. Items being procured: - Outsourcing labor for sweeping of roads, streets & cleaning open surface drains & sewerage lines Ali Talpur Town to Bhansinghabad - Outsourcing labor for sweeping of roads, streets & cleaning open surface drains & sewerage lines Nat Para to Civil Hospital - Outsourcing labor for sweeping of roads, streets & cleaning open surface drains & sewerage lines Jarwari Shakh to Slaughter House - Outsourcing labor for sweeping of roads, streets & cleaning open surface drains & sewerage lines Railway Underpass to Rahim Nagar - Outsourcing labor for sweeping of roads, streets & cleaning open surface drains & sewerage lines Nawab Colony to Latif Town The scope includes labor services for cleaning and sweeping in specified localities to ensure hygienic conditions. The work will be funded through the OZt Share and is planned for a duration of six months. Bidders must be registered in the Waste Management sector; civil contractor firms are not eligible. Firms must hold a license from Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) for non-hazardous waste updated till 2026 and registration from Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) under Waste Management codes 9852, 0000. NTN and three-year bank statements along with experience certificates are required. Contractors must be return filers updated to 2025 and have at least five years of experience in rural and urban waste management, dumping, and recycling. The tender fee is Rs. 1000 with a call deposit of 2% of the bid amount. Tender documents are available on the EPAID site. Submission deadline is 28 October 2026 by 12:00 pm, with opening at 12:30 pm the same day. A second attempt for submission and opening is scheduled for 12 November 2026 at 12:30 pm. Bidders should submit affidavits confirming no litigation or blacklisting and provide a working staff list as per estimates. The contract will be awarded subject to approval by the Mayor and Municipal Commissioner of Mirpurkhas. The Municipal Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per SPPRA rules.
