Outsourcing Labor for Sweeping Roads, Streets & Cleaning Open Surface Drains and Sewerage Lines in Mirpurkhas

Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas invites sealed tenders for outsourcing labor services for sweeping roads, streets, and cleaning open surface drains and sewerage lines in various areas of Mirpurkhas for a period of six months from 01 November 2026 to 30 April 2027. The procurement is funded through own source funds (OZT Share). Items being procured: - Outsourcing labor for sweeping of roads, streets & cleaning open surface drains & sewerage lines Ali Talpur Town to Bhansinghabad - Outsourcing labor for sweeping of roads, streets & cleaning open surface drains & sewerage lines Nat Para to Civil Hospital - Outsourcing labor for sweeping of roads, streets & cleaning open surface drains & sewerage lines Jarwari Shakh to Slaughter House - Outsourcing labor for sweeping of roads, streets & cleaning open surface drains & sewerage lines Railway Underpass to Rahim Nagar - Outsourcing labor for sweeping of roads, streets & cleaning open surface drains & sewerage lines Nawab Colony to Latif Town The scope includes labor services for cleaning and maintenance of roads and sewerage lines in the specified locations. The contract duration is six months with an estimated cost of Rs. 3.0 Million per lot. Firms must be registered in the waste management sector; civil contractor firms are not eligible. Registration with Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) certificates are mandatory. Bidders must have NTN, three-year bank statements, experience certificates, and must be return filers updated to 2025. A minimum of five years of experience in rural and municipal waste management, recycling, and landfill operations is required. Firms must have been awarded at least 50 contracts on the EPAID site and submit audit reports for 2025 from reputable chartered accountants. The tender fee is Rs. 1000, and earnest money of 2% of the bid amount is required in the form of pay order or bank draft in favor of Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas. Bids must be submitted by 28 October 2026 at 12:30 pm, with the opening at the same time. The venue for submission and opening is the office of the Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas. The contract will be awarded subject to approval by the Mayor and Municipal Commissioner Mirpurkhas.
