Outsourcing of Portering Services for Hospital Building at Mardan Medical Complex

Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Mardan Medical Complex (MMC) Mardan invites sealed bids under National Competitive Bidding for the Outsourcing of Portering Services of the Hospital's Building in Mardan city. This procurement is conducted under rule 14 (2) (b) Single Stage Two Envelope procedure of KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Outsourcing of Portering Services for the Hospital Building The scope includes providing portering services to ensure smooth and efficient handling of hospital logistics and patient support within the hospital premises. Bidders must be registered with the Income / Sales tax authorities, KPRA, and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). A pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, 25-08-2026 at 10:00 AM in the Conference Room of the Administration Block of the institution. Bidders are required to submit bid security of Rs. 500,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order, or Banker's cheque in the name of Hospital Director MTI-MMC Mardan before the deadline. Bids must be submitted by uploading scanned copies on the EPADS system before Monday, 10-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Only technical bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room. Physical bids via hand/post/courier/email/fax will not be accepted. All mandatory documents as per bid solicitation must be uploaded. Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KP-PPRA Rules 2014.
