Outsourcing of Services for Application, Spraying and Fumigation of Department-Provided Pesticides, Insecticides and AP Tablets in Forest Areas Across All Divisions of Punjab

The Pest Control Forest Division of the Punjab Forest Department invites bids for outsourcing services related to the application, spraying, and fumigation of department-provided pesticides, insecticides, and AP tablets in forest areas across all divisions of Punjab for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is open to Income Tax and General Sales Tax registered firms or contractors active in the year 2026-27, registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-P) in line with PPRA Rules. Items being procured: - Application, spraying and fumigation of department-provided pesticides - Application, spraying and fumigation of insecticides - Application, spraying and fumigation of AP tablets Bidding documents are available immediately after publication on the PPRA Punjab and Punjab E-Procurement System websites. The estimated price including all taxes is PKR 9,500,000 with a bid security amount of 5% (PKR 475,000). Bidders must submit bid security online as per Punjab e-Procurement guidelines. The scope covers all forest divisions of Punjab, requiring technical and financial bids submitted in a single stage, two-envelope procedure. Technical bids will be opened online on 12 November 2026 at 1100 hours. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance under PPRA Rule-35.
