Outsourcing of University Canteen on Rent Basis for One Year at University of Technology Nowshera

University of Technology Nowshera invites sealed bids in hard form from well-established and reputed firms or contractors for the outsourcing of the university canteen on a rent basis for a period of one year. This contract is extendable and renewable subject to satisfactory performance and compliance with the terms and conditions set by the university. Items being procured: - Outsourcing of University Canteen on rent basis for one year The scope includes managing and operating the university canteen premises, ensuring quality food services to students and staff, maintaining hygiene standards, and complying with all university regulations. The contract period is initially one year with the possibility of extension based on performance. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). Experience certificates or completion certificates from previous departments where similar services were provided must be enclosed with the proposal. Earnest money in the form of 2% Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) on the total bid amount is required in favor of the Vice Chancellor, University of Technology Nowshera. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000/- must be deposited in the specified university bank account. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 22nd September 2026 at 11:00 AM in the University Conference Room. Bids must reach the Procurement Officer's office by 28th September 2026 at 01:30 PM. Bid opening will take place the same day at 02:00 PM in the conference room, where bidders may attend. Bidders are advised to carefully review all tender documents and ensure timely submission.
