Procurement of Various Services: Travel Agency, Hotel Accommodation, Fuel Card, and Fumigation Services

Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited (PRAL) invites bids for the procurement of various non-consultancy services including Travel Agency Services, Hotel Accommodation Services, Fuel Card Services, and Fumigation Services. Items being procured: - Travel Agency Services - Hotel Accommodation Services - Fuel Card Services - Fumigation Services The scope includes comprehensive travel management covering domestic and international air ticketing, hotel accommodation arrangements with corporate rates, fuel card issuance and management for official vehicles and generators, and pest control and fumigation services at PRAL offices. The services require adherence to PRAL's policies, timely and professional execution, and maintenance of confidentiality. Eligibility criteria include valid registration/incorporation, NTN and GST registration, active taxpayer status, no blacklisting, minimum three years relevant experience, financial capacity of at least PKR 10 million, and client references preferably from public sector or SOEs. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, September 21, 2026 at 03:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration is required. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately for each service if applying for multiple services.
