Installation of Oxygen Piping for Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN) Sites

The Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN), Government of Sindh invites e-bids for the installation of oxygen piping systems across multiple hospital sites in Sindh for the fiscal year 2025-26. The project includes supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and validation of medical gas pipeline systems compliant with international standards such as HTM 02-01 and ISO 7396-1. The scope covers seven lots at various locations including Karachi, Shaheed Benazirabad, Mirpurkhas, Qambar, Sujawal, Mirpur Mathelo, and Shahdadpur, with detailed technical specifications for copper piping, valves, terminal units, bed head panels, flow meters, compressors, vacuum plants, and manifold systems. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and Pakistan Engineering Council, provide bid security as per lot values, and submit bids through the EPADS portal by December 26, 2025. The contract period includes installation and one year of technical support. Evaluation will be based on the lowest evaluated bid per lot. The procurement follows the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (amended 2019) with no negotiations allowed on quoted prices.
