Tender Description
This tender invites reputable firms to establish Padel Tennis Courts at ICT Schools in Islamabad under the Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination. The procurement focuses on construction and installation of courts featuring 12mm blue monofilament turf, electro-welded metal structures with anti-rust coating, tempered glass panels, and flood lighting. The project requires delivery and installation within 60 days, with penalties for delays beyond 75 days. The work is to be completed at the Ministry premises or other designated locations within Islamabad.
The scope includes supply of premium silica sand infill, metal structures with 10 and 12 gauge tubes, anti-clare flood lights, and pully net posts with braided nets. The technical specifications demand high-quality materials and workmanship, ensuring durability and compliance with standards. The site location in Islamabad presents typical urban engineering challenges, including timely delivery and installation within a government facility.
Bidders must be registered with FBR as active taxpayers, hold PEC registration in category C-5 or above, and have at least three years of relevant experience with three similar work orders. Compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and submission of earnest money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory.
