Pre-Qualification for Major, Minor, Repair, Maintenance and Miscellaneous Works at HQ 34 Div Rwp AOR Wah, Hvn & GWA

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors and firms for major, minor, repair, maintenance, and miscellaneous works at Headquarters 34 Division Rawalpindi Area of Responsibility including Wah, Haveli, and Gujranwala. The estimated cost for these works is approximately Rs. 300 Million for a period of one year. Items being procured: - Major works - Minor works - Repair works - Maintenance works - Miscellaneous works Firms enlisted with MES in categories 'A', 'B', 'C', and 'D' are eligible to apply. Contractors not on the approved MES list must provide a certificate detailing works executed in the last two years along with ongoing projects. Tender documents will only be issued to pre-qualified firms. Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory for consideration. Tender documents can be obtained from the concerned executive office on any working day. Completed tenders must be submitted by 1130 hours on 29 September 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours the same day. Contractors may attend the opening.
