Construction of PCC Streets at Shahdab Abad, Taimor Iqbal, Muhammad Koroona and Other Villages, District Tank

The Local Govt & Rural Development Department District Tank invites sealed tenders from eligible government contractors for the construction of PCC streets in various villages under the project 240404-Provision of Water Supply and Sanitation in Hazara and Southern District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Phase-I. This procurement is based on MRS – 2025 (1st Bi – Annual) and follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure through EPADS. The works are open to PEC-registered contractors enlisted with the C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year. Items being procured: - Construction of PCC Streets at Shahdab Abad Village Waroki (3.0), Maghazi Raghzai (4.0), Kirri Haider (7.50), Tank (Estimated Cost: Rs. 14.50 Million, Bid Security: Rs. 2,90,000) - Construction of PCC Streets at Taimor Iqbal Village Ama Khel (Estimated Cost: Rs. 10.00 Million, Bid Security: Rs. 2,00,000) - Construction of PCC Streets at Muhammad Koroona & Others Village Sheikh Gara (Estimated Cost: Rs. 10.00 Million, Bid Security: Rs. 2,00,000) The technical scope includes the construction of plain cement concrete (PCC) streets in the specified villages, with all material testing and sorts of tests to be performed by the contractor as required by the procuring entity. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and must be active taxpayers as per FBR/ATL for the current financial year. Bid security in the form of call deposit is mandatory as per the amounts listed above. The last date and time for submission of electronic tender forms is 10th September, 2026 at 12:30 PM. Bids must be submitted through EPADS and also in hard copy, with technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes. The submission address is the Office of Assistant Director (Sr) LG & RDD Headquarter District Tank, Bannu Road Tank. For clarification, queries can be submitted up to 5:00 PM on 2nd September, 2026.
