Tender Description
The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of bolts and templates for SPA, SPD, and SPG type transmission poles. This procurement is under the reference number P120262 for the fiscal year 2026-27 and is managed by the Manager Procurement (PMU) MEPCO located at Khanewal Road, Multan.
Items being procured:
- Bolts for SPA type poles: 120 sets (each set includes 3 bolts and 20 nuts, plus 60 additional nuts)
- Bolts for SPD type poles: 100 sets (each set includes 3 bolts and 20 nuts, plus 60 additional nuts)
- Bolts for SPG type poles: 84 sets (each set includes 3 bolts and 28 nuts, plus 84 additional nuts)
- Templates for SPA type poles with 240 washers: 2 units
- Templates for SPD type poles with 200 washers: 1 unit
- Templates for SPG type poles with 168 washers: 4 units
All items must conform to NTDC Specification P-166:83 (amended up-to-date) and IEC standards. Delivery is scheduled within 120 days to the MEPCO transmission warehouse at Khanewal Road, Multan. The contract requires a fixed price and includes a warranty period of 2 years from the manufacturer. Bidders must be registered with FBR, have valid ATL status, and demonstrate prior experience with similar supplies. Bid security of Rs. 327,680 is required in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft.
Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 10:10 AM, with bid opening at 10:40 AM the same day. Original bid security must be submitted physically to the office of the Chief Engineer (Development) PMU MEPCO, Multan before the deadline. Late or manual submissions will be disqualified.
