Supply of Pneumatic Tyres for Army EME

The Directorate General Procurement (Army), located near 502 Central Base Workshop EME, Main Adyala Road, Rawalpindi, invites sealed tenders from reputed firms holding valid NTN and relevant sales tax registration for the supply of pneumatic tyres for Army requirements. Procurement will be conducted under applicable PPRA rules and the tender documents. Mandatory item list: Lot a, Tender No. 01-1531-2-C/RE (FOR/Imp): Type pneumatic tube, 14.00x24, 20 PR, with NDMS or rib and lug tread pattern, quantity 143 Nos, delivery period 9–12 months. Lot b, Tender No. D1-1632-FY-24-25-2-C-EME/RE (FOR/Indig): Tyre pneumatic tubeless radial or tube type, 7.50R16, 10 PR, load index 116/114, speed symbol N, rib and lug tread pattern; and tyre pneumatic tube type, 7.50x16, 10 PR, load index 116/114, speed symbol N, rib and lug tread pattern, quantity 10,259 Nos. Tender documents and technical specifications may be obtained from DGP Army upon production of the required records, including a photocopy of the registration certificate issued by the Directorate General Defence Purchase, an attested Sales Tax registration certificate, NTN certificate, proof of goods, undertaking of adequate financial capability, audited bank statement for the last year, CNIC of the managing director, non-blacklisting certificate, relevant government or semi-government supply experience, and details of property or assets. An original **Rs. 2,000** challan payable to CMA (DP) Rawalpindi is also required. Bidders must attach bid security of 5 percent of quoted value, subject to an upper limit of **Rs. 1,000,000**, through bank draft or pay order in favour of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. Firms should confirm their active taxpayer and ATL compliance before submission. Completed offers must be submitted in sealed form to the Tender Room of DGP Army, Rawalpindi, by **18 August 2026 at 10:30 AM**. Tenders will open at **11:00 AM** the same day in the presence of firm representatives.
