Pre-Qualification of Auto Workshops for Repair, Maintenance, Supply of Tyres and Batteries for Islamabad Model Postgraduate College of Commerce Vehicles 2026-27

Islamabad Model Postgraduate College of Commerce (IMPCC), located at H-8/4 Islamabad, invites proposals for pre-qualification of auto workshops, firms, and vendors for repair and maintenance work as well as supply of tyres and batteries for official college vehicles for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Eligible firms must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. Preference will be given to firms with workshops, stock, manpower, and expertise in Rawalpindi or Islamabad. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance services including general mechanical repair, electrical work, engine overhauling, brake services, transmission, body work (denting & painting), polishing, differential repair, AC tuning, tyre puncture repair, oil change, timing belt services, atomizer pump and nozzles repair - Supply and installation of genuine tyres from manufacturers such as General Tyre (Pak), Bridgestone, Dunlop, Michelin, Servis Tyres, Linglong, Triangle, and Chinese brands - Supply of vehicle batteries including Lead-Acid and Maintenance-Free types with ratings of 65 Ah, 120 Ah, and 180 Ah from companies like AGS/Atlas, Volta, Excide, Phoenix, Osaka, and Daewoo The scope covers a fleet of vehicles including Hino and ISUZU buses, Mercedes vans, and Suzuki Potohar jeeps. Firms must have at least three years of relevant experience, valid GST and NTN registration, and must not be blacklisted by any government agency. A pay order of Rs. 40,000 is required as bid security, and Rs. 50,000 as a security deposit upon contract award. The contract is initially for one year, extendable subject to performance. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk by 28-09-2026 at 12:00 PM, with a hard copy and earnest money submitted to the Chairman Purchase Committee at IMPCC. The tender document fee is Rs. 2000 (non-refundable) payable in cash. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Firms are advised to ensure their workshops are fully equipped with qualified personnel including dentors, painters, electricians, and diesel mechanics. Genuine spare parts must be used, and replaced parts returned with warranty coverage. Immediate and round-the-clock service availability is required. Inspection of workshops in Islamabad/Rawalpindi may be conducted.
