Tender Description
Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) Wah Cantt invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors for various civil works under the fiscal year 2026-27. The works involve rehabilitation, repair, maintenance, and periodical services of buildings and infrastructure within the POF Wah Cantt premises.
Items being procured:
- Rehabilitation of toilet block in shop A-50 in WW group AA-FY (C.A No. 01-Civil-PS-AA-2026-27)
- Rehabilitation of toilet block in shop C-12 ladies' washroom in MAA group in AA-FY (C.A No. 02-Civil-PS-AA-2026-27)
- Repair / Replacement / cleaning of sewerage lines and manholes in MAA FY (C.A No. 03-Civil-TC-AA-2026-27)
- Term Contract for PS such as white / color washing, distempering and painting of buildings in MAA HQ (C.A No. 04-Civil-TC-AA-2026-27)
- Term Contract for periodical services work of offices in AA FY (C.A No. 05-Civil-AA-2026-27)
- Term Contract for Repair / Maintenance and minor works of building in AA-FY (C.A No. 06-Civil-AA-2026-27)

- Repair / Replacement of broken tuff pavers on approach Road in front of B&G HQ in AA-FY (C.A No. 09-Civil-AA-2026-27)
The scope covers civil rehabilitation, repair, cleaning, painting, roof treatment, and minor maintenance works at various specified locations within the POF Wah Cantt complex. Contractors must have relevant experience and resources to undertake these works as per MES Schedule of Rates 2025, amended to date.
Eligibility criteria include PEC registration in the relevant category, FBR/NTN registration, financial capability supported by bank statements and guarantees, fixed assets details, and a list of qualified staff. Contractors must also provide experience records, current work progress, and certifications from professional engineering bodies such as MES, PEC, and SECP. Earnest Money and other bid security requirements apply as per tender rules.
Applications must reach the Bid Centre adjacent to Rabta Hall by **22-09-2026** before 11:00 hrs. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 hrs on the same day. Separate applications can be submitted for each work.
