Pre Qualification as Clearing and Forwarding Agents on TCP's Panel

Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd (TCP) Karachi, a state owned commercial organization under Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, invites bids for pre-qualification on TCP's panel from certified firms/companies registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and other relevant authorities, having minimum five years' experience in Clearing & Forwarding of bulk, break bulk and containerized cargo of commodities like sugar, urea, wheat, soybeans, etc. Items being procured: - Pre-qualification as Clearing & Forwarding Agents on TCP's panel for handling bulk, break bulk and containerized cargo at Karachi Port and Port Bin Qasim The objective is to prequalify agents for invitation to bids and signing framework agreements for on-demand clearing & forwarding services from reputable proprietorships/firms/companies with legal and valid licenses. The prequalification is open to all national applicants meeting eligibility criteria including PEC category, FBR/ATL registration, and experience. Tender documents with detailed terms, bid security, bid validity, and evaluation criteria are available upon payment of PKR 2,000 from TCP offices or via website download with payment receipt. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes at TCP's Reception Counter, 4th Floor, Block-B, Finance & Trade Centre, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi by August 31st, 2026 latest 1430 hours. Opening of bids will be same day at 1500 hours in TCP's Board Room in presence of bidders or representatives. Blacklisted or defaulting companies are not eligible. Existing pre-qualified agents must also apply afresh. Late applications will be rejected. This prequalification will enable firms to participate in future procurement proceedings from September 2026 till September 2028. TCP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers as per PPRA rules.
