Pre-Qualification of Construction Firms for Maintenance, Repair, Construction & Renovation Works at Khyber Medical College Peshawar

Khyber Medical College Peshawar invites pre-qualification applications from construction firms and contractors for maintenance, repair, construction, and renovation works in college buildings, hostels, and employees residential accommodations. The tendering will be done in various packages from eligible bidders. The scope includes maintenance, repair, construction, and renovation works at the college premises. Items being procured: - Maintenance works - Repair works - Construction works - Renovation works Only firms enlisted with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Communication & Works Department for 2026-27 and holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration up to 30/06/2027 with Category C-5 and above (CE 09, CE 10, EE 04) are eligible to apply. Bidders must also be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (active status) and Federal Board of Revenue (ATL). Applicants are required to furnish information and documents as per the bidding documents (BSDs). A pre-bid meeting will be held on 08/10/2026 at 10:00 am in the College Conference Room. Applications must be submitted through E-PADs (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) on or before 19/10/2026 up to 11:30 am. Submission by hand delivery will not be entertained. The opening of bids will be on the same day at 12:00 pm in the College Conference Room in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives.
