Contractors must be registered on the PPRA website and obtain bidding documents from the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bid security must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System. The lowest bidder will be awarded the contract subject to a 10% bid security and performance guarantee. The bidding process includes submission of technical and financial bids via e-procurement.
