Pre-Qualification of Firms for Construction and Maintenance of Services, Facilities, and Buildings at Multiple MES Locations

Military Engineer Services is inviting applications for pre-qualification of firms, contractors, and consultants for the provision and construction of certain services, facilities, and buildings at various MES locations. The notice is issued by the Engineer-in-Chief's Branch, GHQ, Rawalpindi, and covers a wide range of sites across Pakistan, including Kamra, Taxila, Rawalpindi, Chaklala, Islamabad, Lahore, Sialkot, Muzaffarabad, Swat, Karachi, Shah Bandar, Sujawal, Jewani, Pasni, Ormara, Turbat, and Gwadar. Items being procured: - Construction and maintenance of services, facilities, and buildings at Kamra - Construction and maintenance at Taxila - Construction and maintenance at Rawalpindi - Construction and maintenance at Chaklala - Construction and maintenance at Islamabad - Construction and maintenance at Lahore - Construction and maintenance at Sialkot - Construction and maintenance at Muzaffarabad - Construction and maintenance at Swat - Construction and maintenance at Karachi - Construction and maintenance at Shah Bandar - Construction and maintenance at Sujawal - Construction and maintenance at Jewani - Construction and maintenance at Pasni - Construction and maintenance at Ormara - Construction and maintenance at Turbat - Construction and maintenance at Gwadar The technical scope includes civil, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works or services, with firms required to be registered with PEC in the relevant field. Only those enlisted with PEC in Category C-2 and above, with validity up to June 2027, are eligible. Preference is given to contractors enlisted with MES in Cat A. Non-enlisted firms must provide a 2 percent bid security (refundable). Applicants must also be pre-qualified with the Engineer-in-Chief's Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi, and have no outstanding DI&E recoveries. Applications must include personnel lists, bank statements, NTN certificates, and income tax returns for the last three years.
