Pre-Qualification for Construction and Miscellaneous Works at PAC Kamra by Military Engineer Services

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of firms and contractors for important construction and miscellaneous works at PAC Kamra, Rawalpindi. Eligible firms should have experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works or services, and must be registered with PEC in the relevant field. The eligibility criteria specify PEC categories C-2, C-3, C-4, and C-5 with validity up to June 2026. Preference will be given to firms enlisted with MES in categories A, B, and C. A 2% bid security will be required from non-enlisted firms, refundable upon qualification. Firms must also be pre-qualified with the Engineer-in-Chief's Branch, GHO Rawalpindi, and have no outstanding DI&E recoveries. Applications must include personnel lists, bank statements, NTN certificates, and income tax returns for the last three years. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
