The Military Engineer Services (MES) under the Engineer-in-Chief Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi, invites applications for pre-qualification of firms, contractors, and consultants for construction works. Firms must also submit NTN certificates, income tax returns for the last three years, bank statements, and a list of personnel. The tender documents will be issued only to pre-qualified firms. Applications must be submitted to the E-in-C's Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi by 17 August 2026 at 1130 hours, with opening at 1200 hours the same day. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
