Pre-Qualification for Construction and Services Works for Engineer-in-Chief Branch GHQ

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of firms and contractors for various construction, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works for the Engineer-in-Chief's Branch at GHQ Rawalpindi and multiple other locations including Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, Peshawar, and more.
