Pre-qualification for Construction and Services Works for Engineer-in-Chief Branch GHQ

The Military Engineer Services, Engineer-in-Chief Branch at GHQ Rawalpindi, invites applications for pre-qualification of firms and contractors for various construction and service works across multiple locations including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Sialkot, Muzaffarabad, Swat, Karachi, Hyderabad, Gwadar, Ormara, Turbat, Zhob, and many others. Items being procured: - Construction and provision of certain residential, non-residential, services, and facilities at multiple cities including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Sialkot, Muzaffarabad, Swat, Karachi, Hyderabad, Gwadar, Ormara, Turbat, Zhob, and others. The scope covers a wide range of works including construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing services. Firms must be registered with PEC in relevant categories and have experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works. The projects span various sites and require comprehensive technical expertise in civil works, electrical installations, mechanical repairs, and plumbing services. Eligibility criteria include enlistment with PEC in category C-2 or above valid until June 2026, preferably enlisted with MES in category A, and pre-qualification with Engineer-in-Chief's Branch GHQ Rawalpindi. Firms must provide work orders, project locations, completion certificates, personnel lists, bank statements, NTN certificates, and income tax returns for the last three years. No outstanding DI&E recoveries or special reports should exist. Tenders will be issued only to pre-qualified firms and must be submitted to the Engineer-in-Chief's Branch GHQ Rawalpindi by 1130 hours on 23 July 2026, with opening on the same day.
