Pre-Qualification of Firms for Construction and Services Works at Multiple Locations for Engineer-in-Chief Branch, GHQ

Military Engineer Services, under the Engineer-in-Chief Branch at GHQ Rawalpindi, invites applications for pre-qualification of firms and contractors for a wide range of construction and services works across various cities in Pakistan. This notice is crucial for firms specializing in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works who wish to participate in upcoming projects for the E-in-C's Branch. Items being procured: - Construction and provision of certain residential, non-residential, and services/facilities at the following locations: Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Sialkot, Muzaffarabad, Swat, Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Jacobabad, Sargodha, Peshawar, Gwadar, Ormara, Turbat, Taxila, Kamra, Khanpur, Mianwali, Chaman, Mirpur, Sehwan, Pakpattan, Sujawal, Chhor, Chaklala, Attock, Nowshera, Peshawar, Risc, Bux, Khit, Batohra, Cherat, Zhob, Khuzdar, Lillah, Gwadar, Bahawalpur, Bannu, Mianwali, Kotri, Attock, Jand, Jarikass, Quetta, Okara, and Kallar Kahar. Firms must provide details of completed projects, work orders, user completion certificates, and proof of experience in the relevant fields. Only those enlisted with PEC in Cat C-2 and above (valid up to June 2027) or preferably with MES in Cat A are eligible. Non-enlisted firms must submit a 2 percent bid security (refundable). Applicants must also be pre-qualified with the Engineer-in-Chief's Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi, and have no outstanding DI&E recoveries. Applications must include a list of personnel, bank statement, NTN certificate, and income tax returns for the last three years. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
