Pre-Qualification of Firms for Construction of Certain Services, Facilities and Buildings at Multiple Locations

Military Engineering Services invites applications along with credentials for pre-qualification of firms and contractors for construction of certain services, facilities, and buildings at various locations including Kamra, Taxila, Rawalpindi, Chaklala, Islamabad, Lahore, Sargodha, Kallar Kahar, Chakwal, Sialkot, Multan, D.G Khan, Muzaffarabad, Swat, Peshawar, Petaro, Karachi, Hyderabad, Shah Bandar, Sujawal, Quetta, Khuzdar, Jewani, Pasni, Ormara, Turbat, and Gawadar. Items being procured: - Construction of certain services - Facilities - Buildings at the listed locations Firms must provide details including work orders, locations, and pictures of completed projects along with satisfactory completion certificates from users. Eligible firms should have experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works/services and must be registered with PEC in the relevant field. Applicants must submit personal lists, bank statements, NTN certificates, and income tax returns for the last three years. Only firms enlisted with PEC in Category C-2 and above with validity up to June 2027 are eligible. Contractors/firms enlisted with MES in Categories A, B, C, D, and E are preferred. Non-enlisted firms must provide 2% refundable bid security. Firms pre-qualified with Engineer-in-Chief's Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi, with no outstanding DI&E recoveries or special reports, are eligible. Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms/contractors. Bids must be received at Garrison Engineer P-02 office by 1130 hours on 04 November 2026 and will be opened the same day at 1200 hours. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
