Pre-Qualification for Establishment of Hostel Facility for Women Scientist (PAFDA and PFSA) Lahore

The Communication & Works Department, Government of Punjab, invites pre-qualification applications from eligible firms and contractors for the establishment of a hostel facility for women scientists under PAFDA and PFSA in Lahore. This project is managed through the Executive Engineer 4th Buildings Division Lahore located at 6-McLeod Road, PWD Compound. Items being procured: - Establishment of Hostel Facility for Women Scientist (PAFDA and PFSA) Lahore The project has an approximate cost of PKR 1851.117 million with a time limit of 18 months for completion. The scope involves construction and civil works to provide suitable accommodation facilities for women scientists, ensuring compliance with all technical and quality standards as detailed in the Pre-Qualification Document. Eligibility criteria include PEC registration in Category C1 and above valid for the year 2026-27, possession of specialized codes CE10, BC03, and ME03, and relevant experience in similar projects. Submission guidelines require bidders to access documents and submit applications online via the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The deadline for submission is 6th October 2026, with clarifications accepted until 29th September 2026. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bidders are advised to ensure their FBR/ATL registration and earnest money compliance. Only pre-qualified firms will be invited for the subsequent bidding process. The evaluation committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
