Pre-Qualification of Labour Contractors for Handling of Bagged Wheat at TCP's Godowns

The Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd., Real Estate Operation Division, Karachi, invites applications for Pre-Qualification of Labour Contractors for handling of bagged wheat at TCP's godowns. This prequalification is for an Open Framework Agreement to supply labour services on demand for unloading, reloading, and re-filling/stitching of bagged cargo at TCP's Korangi and Pipri godowns. Items being procured: - Un-loading of 1,000,000 bags at TCP Korangi Godown - Re-loading of 1,000,000 bags at TCP Korangi Godown - Re-filling and stitching of 50,000 bags at TCP Korangi Godown - Un-loading of 5,000,000 bags at TCP Pipri Godowns - Re-loading of 5,000,000 bags at TCP Pipri Godowns - Re-filling and stitching of 250,000 bags at TCP Pipri Godowns The scope includes safe handling, stacking, and collection of sweeping cargo as per godown incharge instructions. Contractors must bear all costs including taxes, labor charges, and any escalation in statutory levies during contract execution. The contract duration is 36 months from award date. Eligibility requires documentary proof of at least three years experience in handling bagged cargo, valid NTN, GST registration, and no blacklisting affidavit. Earnest money of Rs. 200,000 in the form of Demand Draft or Pay Order is mandatory. Performance Guarantee of 5% of awarded work order value will be required upon award. Applications must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by 23rd October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Late or manual submissions will not be entertained.
